"After several years, I finally experienced the substandard level of service I had previously only experienced at agencies other than State Farm . While I acknowledge that this may have been a random fluke, I also have little regard for the failure to assure me of coverage within a two-hour period, and after several phone calls and a text. In fairness, I was informed that there were several meetings which staff was required to attend. I truly do understand this. But the ultimate response to my inquiry was one which could have been given in the first call I made. I am confident that this office's staff will once again earn their stellar 5-star rating, but until I can feel like my patronage is valuable, I have to drop two stars. Christina has kept up the outstanding service previously experienced with this office, earning a 5-star rating. I highly recommend. As with my previous experiences, Edie was the definitive representative for this branch of State Farm, doing all the right things that exemplify excellent customer service. Five of five stars! Today's phone call with Edie, at Liza Faress' State Farm office, was genuinely one of the most efficient, productive, BENEFICIAL communications I have EVER had.The fact that it was with an insurance company is always the bonus when that company is State Farm. My specific issue today was not only immediately addressed by Edie, but she made it a joy to contribute my small part for it to be rectified. Her understanding & generous recognition of my specific concerns (partly due to my remote rural location) were the ideal example of customer service. She could teach a Master Class! Thank you, Edie! Brittany has been a stellar asset to this agency. She was able to provide me with the best coverage for the best price, and has been VERY helpful in navigating the transition from my previous provider. "Terrible service, got kicked off the policy for no reason and said that I was unable to return (without a reason). They still had the audacity to continue taking my money on “life insurance” through the app, as I was - according to them - supposed to be kicked off and unable to come back. They even told me to take my car to the junkyard after a bent axle after being nailed on the side of my car by a hit and run (never was insured) I was able to repair my vehicle for a decent price out of pocket and am still able to drive it to this day. They never answered any calls or voicemails, they were seemingly eager to ask about someone that isn’t even on the policy, which made no sense at all. Super unprofessional and unsatisfied with their service, would NOT recommend 100%. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!"
